Q. Does it really just take one day for the interior makeover?
A. Yes! It typically takes 6 to 8 hours. This allows time for all of the furnishings to be removed from the room(s) and replaced in a sparkling new arrangement.

Q. Do I need to leave the house while the makeover is in progress?
A. Yes, we need the creative time and space in order to create a wonderful new space!

Q. What geographic areas do you cover?
A. Citrus Interiors is located in the heart of Silicon Valley and undertakes projects within the entire San Francisco Bay Area. We are also available for out-of-area projects (such as a vacation home) by request.

Q. What is Citrus Interiors’ track record?
A. We have been in business for over XX years and helped hundreds of individuals, families and businesses realize their goals — whether single room makeover, whole house staging, or something in-between. Q. How do I prepare for a one-day interior makeover?
A. During your preliminary consultation we can discuss whether any preparation is needed. It is usually determined on a per-case basis.

Q. Are you able to do a phone consultation?
A. We are happy to answer a couple of questions regarding specific things, but the most effective way to achieve your goals is an in-person review of the area to be designed. Over the years we have found the best use of a phone consultation is to determine the focus and scope of the project prior to meeting.

Q. Is Citrus Interiors available for consultation only?
A. Yes, our minimum for a consultation is 2 hours. During that time we will be happy to advise you on paint, fabrics, lighting, accessories, or whatever area you wish to focus on.

Q. Does Citrus Interiors also provide interior design services?
A. Yes! We are happy to consult on regular design projects.

Q. Are there additional expenses beyond the makeover itself?
A. Yes, plants and accessories are billed accordingly.

Q. Is Citrus Interiors fully bonded and insured?
A. Yes.

Q. Do you require a deposit and what forms of payment are accepted?
A. A 50% deposit is due prior to the makeover, upon signing of the contract. The final amount is due and payable upon project completion. We accept checks, Visa/Mastercard, and American Express.
